Rules
Policies
Short summaries. The Terms of Service is the controlling document for all of these — see the linked section for the full, binding wording once it's published.
Refund Policy
If an order is cancelled before it's funded, there's nothing to refund. Once an order is funded, a refund to the Employer happens automatically when: the order is cancelled under the platform's cancellation rules, or a Product Dispute resolves in the Employer's favor. Refunds move through the same deterministic escrow mechanism that releases funds to Freelancers. There is no manual, discretionary refund process for routine cases.
Dispute Policy
Standard disagreements over an order go through Product Dispute Resolution: evidence, AI structured evaluation, a deterministic Rule Engine, and automatic execution of the result. Administrator involvement is limited to a court order, confirmed fraud, a protocol failure, or a critical security incident — never routine disagreement.
Content Policy
You retain ownership of content you submit (profiles, listings, evidence, messages, portfolio items), and you grant Freelance Club a limited license to host and process it to operate the Interface. You're responsible for holding the rights to anything you submit and for not infringing anyone else's rights.
Prohibited Conduct
In short: don't violate applicable law, don't provide false information, don't try to circumvent dispute resolution, identity verification, or sanctions screening, don't use the Platform for financial crime, don't infringe others' rights, and don't interfere with Smart Contract execution or the Interface.
Community Standards
Treat other Users professionally and honestly — the marketplace works because Employers and Freelancers can reasonably trust the process, even without knowing each other personally. Misrepresenting your identity, your work, or your business (including a false "Verified Business" impression) undermines that trust for everyone and is treated as a rules violation, not a minor issue.
