Working with Services
For Freelancers offering pre-defined work, and Employers ordering it directly.
Creating a Service
A Freelancer lists a Service with a title, description, category and subcategory, and a price. Unlike a Project (which an Employer publishes and Freelancers apply to), a Service is published by the Freelancer and ordered directly by an Employer — there's no Proposal step.
Categories
Services are organized into the same structured category/subcategory taxonomy used for Projects, so Employers can browse or search within a specific area of work.
Ordering a Service
An Employer selects a Service and places an Order at the listed price. This moves straight into the funding stage — no separate acceptance step is needed since the Freelancer already published fixed terms.
Revisions
If delivered work doesn't meet the agreed scope, the Employer can request a revision instead of accepting it. The Freelancer can then resubmit — a rejected delivery is not a dead end, and reasonable revision requests are part of the normal delivery cycle rather than a dispute.
Delivery
The Freelancer submits delivery when the work is ready. The Employer reviews it and either approves (releasing escrowed funds, minus the platform service fee) or requests a revision. If the disagreement can't be resolved through revisions, either party can open a dispute.
